What is Embodying Enso?

Embodying Enso was brought together with the intention of creating a space where exploring a daily practice of Non-duality could be shared within a community. The term Enso is known as the symbol for the Zen Buddhist practice. The Enso circle is known to be brought to life through a singular hand stroke, an example of it is used in the websites logo on the top left corner surrounding the dragonfly. A singular hand stroke, expressing the perfection brought to every moment, every breath. 
 

Through personal practices, sharing, and offerings my intention is to share myself with you, in hopes of making an offering that resonates with you as you continue your own self discovery path, and I continue mine.  

 

Join me in this exploration of stillness and connection, where we can learn to be fully alive in each moment, together.

Dyad Mediation

Dyad mediation is a unique and powerful practice that involves two individuals engaging in a structured, one-on-one dialogue. This process creates a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and honestly.

Dyad mediation is often used for personal growth, conflict resolution, or enhancing relationships. It encourages vulnerability and authenticity, enabling individuals to connect on a deeper level. By engaging in this practice, participants can cultivate empathy, clarity, and a sense of shared humanity.

 

 

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment. Rooted in ancient contemplative traditions, mindfulness invites you to observe your experiences with curiosity and acceptance, fostering a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

At its core, mindfulness encourages you to cultivate awareness of the here and now—whether it’s savoring the taste of your food, feeling the warmth of the sun, or simply noticing your breath. This practice helps reduce stress, enhances emotional resilience, and improves overall well-being.

 

Intuitive Writing

Intuitive writing is a creative process that taps into your inner voice, allowing thoughts and emotions to flow freely onto the page. This form of writing encourages self-discovery and personal expression, going beyond traditional structures and expectations. It’s about listening to your intuition, embracing spontaneity, and letting your unique narrative emerge organically.
