What is Embodying Enso?

The intention for Embodying Enso is to exist as a creative outlet for the expression of direct experience. A space dedicated towards meditation, personal practice, and the evolution and investigation of one's own lifeforce energy. A place to discuss spirituality and all of its manifestations. The Enso circle (shown in the website's logo surrounding the dragonfly) is known as the symbol for the Zen Buddhist tradition. Originating from East Asian calligraphy, the circle captures the essence of complete perfection. Being drawn by a singular brush stroke, the Enso embodies all things interconnectedness, emptiness, isness, nothingness, impermanence, and the beauty that is ever present in the imperfection.

Julynel Kerzner

Committed to the practice of presence, and truth. I continuously seek out ways in which engaging with life-force energy can lead to deep connection within, without the dismissing of what's alive. Offering deep trust in all that is, without the need to change that which is playing out in your reality. With the intention of  finding ways to strengthen your attention and focus, and leaning towards that which bring you pleasure, joy, and ease. Through practices such as Non-violent communication, Zazen Meditation, Mindfulness, and self affirming practices. Knowing that the way we engage with life, is the only control that we carry, all else is deep surrender, and allowing. Currently traveling, and documenting the ways in which I engage with life, and finding ways to be of service to the greater collective through my words, direct experience, and care.
